We currently have the following vacancies:-
Part-Time Payroll Manager
The ideal candidate will have previous practice experience.
25 hours a week, based at our Lye office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Management of department running payroll for 90 clients (mix of weekly/monthly)
- Review of payrolls prepared by other staff
- Preparation of more complex payrolls
- Preparation and/or review of CIS submissions
- Assist clients with any payroll related queries
- Liaise with HMRC on payroll related queries
- Ensure client pension obligations are met
Salary will depend on experience.

Audit and Accounts Senior
We are recruiting for an audit and accounts senior, with previous accountancy practice experience.
The role will include (but is not limited to):
- Preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
- Audit of limited company and charity accounts
- Training and supervision of staff
with audit work being around 30% of the total work.
A competitive salary package will be offered to include study support where appropriate
9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 – 5.00 Friday with an hour for lunch.

Small Business Manager
We have an opportunity for a small business manager to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have practice experience as well as experience in the following areas:
- Payroll and P11d’s
- CIS returns
- Personal tax
- Bookkeeping and VAT returns
They will also have good organisational skills and be used to meeting multiple deadlines.
9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 to 5.00 Friday with an hour for lunch, with a competitive salary package being offered dependent upon experience.

Bookkeeper with payroll experience
We are recruiting for a bookkeeper with practice experience and experience of payroll, duties to include
- General bookkeeping to trial balance stage
- Liaising with clients to gather information to process bookkeeping
- Complete and filing of VAT returns
- Preparation and/or review of Payroll, Pension and CIS
- Assisting other team members when necessary
- Working to strict deadlines and prioritising work appropriately
9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 to 5.00 Friday with an hour for lunch, with a competitive salary package being offered dependent upon experience.
