GOLF TOURNAMENT 8 SEPTEMBER 2020
We can confirm our Charity Golf Day will be held at Wergs Golf Club, on Tuesday 8 September 2020, in aid of our chosen charity this year Sportingmindsuk.
A registered charity that seeks to raise awareness and provide support to enable positive mental health in young sports people.
Any support you are able to provide will make a difference, help us to raise much needed funds.
VAT rate cut to 5% to help support the hospitality sector
The Chancellor announced a 6 month reduction in the VAT rate on supplies and non-alcoholic drinks from restaurants, pubs, bars and cafés, and supplies of accommodation and admission to tourist attractions.
The rate cut from 20% to 5% came in to effect on 15 July 2020 and will be in place until 12 January 2021 to help support businesses and jobs in the hospitality sector, across the UK.
Look out for further guidance which is due to be published by HMRC.

To everyone who joined us for our Virtual Quiz last night and to those who donated but were unable to play, we appreciate your support.
It was a fun enjoyable night and we raised over £800 with 55 teams; for our charity of 2020 Sporting Minds UK.
